The arts play a key role in community cohesion and wellbeing. We are dedicated to dismantling barriers to the arts for the people of Peckham and beyond. Every year we share our space, expertise and resources, opening up access to the dramatic arts for all ages and abilities, while simultaneously learning from and collaborating with the vibrant cultural ecology on our doorstep.

Generation Next
Generation Next provides weekly performance workshops for children and young people in Peckham and Southwark. Every Saturday participants attend a variety of classes – from Musical Theatre to Hip Hop – developing skills including communication, creativity and confidence. Two thirds don’t pay a penny to attend. In 23/24:
- 674 young people participated
- 98% reported improved skills
- 67% of participants were from Black & Global Majority backgrounds
- Bursaries reached residents from 19 of Southwark’s 23 Wards
