Peckham & Nunhead Free Film Festival returns from 30 August 2024, celebrating their 15th anniversary of bringing free entertainment to SE15 communities.

Mountview are delighted to be hosting two Peckham and Nunhead Free Film Festival events on
Saturday September 7th 2024:
Free Film Screening: Sunset Boulevard (1950)
Time: Sat 12/9/24 – 12 noon
Location: Backstage Theatre, Mountview
No ticket required – first come first served.
‘Sunset Boulevard’ tragically combines a faded Hollywood star & a down on his luck screenwriter who join forces to create the defining come-back project as their lives become progressively intertwined.
Located within a performance space at Mountview, PNFF guests will truly feel like a theatre audience to enjoy this 1950’s Hollywood classic by Billy Wilder.
Please note that no food or drink (except water) is permitted in the theatre.
‘One Minute Film Challenge’ Workshop (booking required)
Time: Sat 12/9/24 – 10am – 11:30am (9:45am arrival requested)
Location: Studio 6, Mountview

A free workshop open to all.
A great opportunity for budding film makers to create and film a short sequence based on a given theme and a set number of camera shots to creatively tell a story and then edit it to enhance the narrative for an audience.
Please note : Once you have registered for a ticket here on Eventbrite you will be contacted by text asking you to confirm your attendance . It is imperative that you respond to this text as otherwise your ticket will be cancelled. This is to avoid people booking tickets and then not showing on the day.
