Olivier Awards 2024: Success for Mountview Graduates

The highly-anticipated Olivier Awards were held on Sunday 14 April, hosted in the beautiful Royal Albert Hall, and once again we were delighted to see so much Mountview talent on show.

Will Close and Amy Trigg took home the awards for Best Actor in a Supporting Role and Best Actress in a Supporting Role in a Musical for their respective performances in Dear England and The Little Big Things. There were also nominations for Giles Terera (Best Actor in a Supporting Role, Clyde’s), Grace Hodgett Young (Best Actress in a Supporting Role in a Musical, Sunset Boulevard) and Jack Wolfe (Best Actor in a Supporting Role in a Musical, Next to Normal).

In addition, we would like to extend our congratulations to each and every one of our talented graduates who worked on the nominated productions, both onstage and behind the scenes.

Our alumni also featured across the evening’s line-up of live musical performances, including numbers from Next to Normal, Operation Mincemeat, The Little Big Things and Hadestown, amongst others.
