Mountview Graduate Appointed Artistic Director of Donmar Warehouse

The Donmar Warehouse has announced that Mountview alumnus Michael Longhurst will be the theatre’s new Artistic Director from March 2019. Michael, who graduated from Mountview’s MA in Theatre Directing in 2004, has previously directed acclaimed productions of Amadeus at the National Theatre and Constellations at the Royal Court.

Speaking about Michael, the Donmar’s current Artistic Director Josie Rourke said he is “one of the most gifted, original and impressive directors in the country”. We wish Michael all the best for next year.
