On Stage and Screen
Natasha Hoeberigs will play Magenta / Usherette in The Rocky Horror Show announcing a three-month extension – adding additional dates from February to May 2025.
George Hawkins is set to be in Starfleet Academy, joining Holly Hunter and Paul Giamatti in the latest chapter in the Star Trek universe.
Gregor Duncan performed in Midsummer Nights’ Dream Tour with Immersion Theatre.
India Wilson will perform Housemates 2024: A Night With Hennessy Jade from 1st October until 5th October at Brixton House.
Following its acclaimed premiere at the Edinburgh Fringe and further success with a sold-out run at the Watford Fringe, Real Eyes written and performed by Harrison Sharpe made its London debut.
Hayden Camidge was a Technical Stage Manager for Southwark Playhouse’s The Children’s Inquiry.
Marlowe Chan-Reeves made his screen debut in Doctor Who and will soon appear in a major role in the new season of Shetland.
Emily Rodríguez supported the creation of Abolition Cabaret, which performed at Theatre Peckham.
Nick Chave was a Musical Director for the National Youth Music Theatre’s production of INTO THE WOODS at Southwark Elephant.
Awards and Nominations
Giles Terera has been honoured with the Freedom of the City of London for his “outstanding achievements in the performing arts”.
At the Edinburgh Fringe
Issy Wroe Wright performed in Flat and the Curves: Rosé-Tinted.
SKETCHY debuted at the Edinburgh Fringe this summer. Written and performed by Millie Thorne and performed by Hannah- Theresa Engen.
Georgi Bessey produced a brand-new comedy called MacPlebs that took place at the Golden Goose Theatre.
Alexis Sakellaris performed solo show to this summer, an original comedy musical Alexis Sakellaris: A STAN IS BORN! Along with Cerys McKenna as Musical Director.
The Room Upstairs took place at The Pleasance, written and performed by Lani Calvert and directed, produced and composed by Marissa Landy.
Marrisa Landy performed and wrote Woodrow Auditions Live.
Cecilie Fray directed Girlhood.
Heather O’Sullivan performed in tasteinyourmouth’s show, You’re Needy (sounds frustrating) which took place in Summerhall.
Isla Fairfield produced, wrote, and performed in Hot Girl Summer.
Griffin Jenkins produced Ripper, a play that was staged at both the Camden and Edinburgh Fringe festivals.
Charles Quittner, Beth Graham, Oli Fuller and Rachel Blaquière performed in All the Fraudulent Horse Girls.
Juniper and Jules was produced by Lola Hibberd-Cook and directed by Craig Legg at the Pleasance Courtyard. The production earned a 5-star review from Theatre Weekly, which praised it as “a great play that reveals so much about relationships.” The full review is available here.
Natalia Izquierdo designed the lighting and sound for two Edinburgh Fringe shows: Out of Woodstock and Boiler Room Six: A Titanic Story.
Beck Gray was a Puppeteer and Camera Operator for Bark Bark at Summerhall – A live cinema show with Buzzcut Productions. Beck was also a Stage Manager for For The Love of SPAM and Lighting Designer for Lil Wenker: Bangtail.
Kip Jackson starred in Diary of a Gay Disaster, a show co-arranged by Cerys McKenna.
Situations and Confr/plications was Directed and Written by Gwen Ann, Assistant Directed and Performed by Eli Hallett, Associated Produced and Performed by Niamh Callan. Art Creator, Marketing Officer and Performer Rhiannon Lucy Bird. Performed by Dan Wilks, Lucas Pidgeon, Mackenzie Proll, Filippo Brozzo, Maddie Purefoy, Django Bevan, Toby Ikezue-Clifford, Jeroen Frank Kales, Aaron Munnings.
Valery Reva starred in her show At Least I’m Not Bald, with Kapil Redekar directing and Gabe Gilmour designing the set.
Elspeth Day-Collins starred in Wallis.
Luke Bayer performed in DIVA: Live From Hell! with Debbie Clarke as Musical Director.
Max Eade starred in Pop Off, Michelangelo!.
Reuben Greeph performed in Tweedy’s Massive Circus.
Anna Soden starred in her solo comedy show Anna Soden: It Comes Out Your Bum.
BYE BYE BABY was written and performed by our alumni Clementine McNair Scott and Lizzy Thistlethwayte.
