On Stage 

The cast for the world premiere of the new musical, Stiletto, has been revealed. Jewelle Hutchinson is set to portray Gioia, while Aiden Carson, Hannah Murdoch, and Sienna Widd will be part of the Ensemble. The show will run at Charing Cross Theatre from 24 March to 15 June 2025.

Chyna-Rose Frederick is set to take on the role of Dionne in the upcoming Clueless The Musical, joined by Romona Lewis-Malley as Tai and Imelda Warren-Green as Miss G/Ms S/Lucy/Heather.

Richard Logun will continue in the Hamilton tour cast, while new to the production and completing the cast are Melad Hamidi, Patrick Munday and Sydney Spencer.

Sharon Small is cast as Amanda Wingfield in The Glass Menagerie at the Yard Theatre.

Candace Furbert will play one of the Muses in Hercules at Theatre Royal Drury Lane.

Hana Stewart will step into the role of Jane Seymour in West End musical Six, along with Odelia Dizel-Cubuca as Alternate Boleyn/Parr.

Emma Kingston will take on the role of Elphaba in new West End casting for Wicked. Shaun Chambers will be understudy for both Wizard and Dillamond, while Jacob Young will be the understudy for Fiyero.

 

Andrea Gatchalian joined the cast of RSC’s and Good Chance Theatre’s production of Kyoto @sohoplace.

Georgia Mann will complete the cast of Alfred Hitchcock Presents – The Musical.

Molly-Grace Cutler plays Adelaide Adams in the new UK and Ireland Tour of Calamity Jane, along with Fergus Murphy as Joe and Harry.

Oscar Conlon-Morrey plays Mr Bumble in Oliver!, while Jamie Birkett takes on roles of Mrs Sowerberry and Mrs Bedwin.

Liz Ewing plays Agnes and Mary in a brand-new musical Wild Rose written by Nicole Taylor and directed by John Tiffany. Ashley J Russell also joins the cast as part of the Ensemble.

HORIZONS VOL #2, a new concert series dedicated to the future of musical theatre, was held at Crazy Coqs at Brasserie Zedel. The event featured Pablo Gomez Jones (Starlight Express) alongside Music Director Cerys McKenna (Titaníque), with co-founder and host Kristie Winsen (UPLIFT Musical Theatre) guiding the evening. The concert showcased pieces from composer Elliot Clay (MILLENNIALS). Producers for the event were Maria Guevara and Charis Winter.

Jade Kennedy will portray Meg in the upcoming UK Tour of Anne-Marie Casey’s new stage adaptation of Little Women.

These Gays! They’re Trying To…, a White Lotus parody directed and produced by Charles Quittner, took place at The Divine in Dalston.

Samuel Winner took on the role of Firs in a production of The Cherry Orchard with the 13th Night Theatre Company. Samuel also contributed to the audio for a short film titled Jizamurai: The Last Green Tako, which was submitted to the Chiswick Film Festival. Additionally, Samuel performed in a concert with the German Choir of London titled Food!

Estelle Denison-French and Chris Nevin will be joining the European Tour of Fame, opening January 2025. Estelle is playing Greta Bell and will take on the role of Dance Captain, while Chris will be portraying Nick.

Sophie Robertson co-wrote and performed a new show POSH GIRLS at Kings Head Theatre.

Mathilda Bonnevier will perform in Norwegian Production of Wicked as Ensemble and First Cover Elphaba.

Annie Kingsnorth is playing Margaret More in A Man For All Seasons, directed by Jonathan Church.

Nyah Nish will join the cast of Book of Mormon UK Tour as Nabulungi, along with Savannah Hall, Ross McKenna and Jessica Oppong as Ensemble.

Julie Atherton, James Hameed, Tim Mahendran and George Ure will be joining the cast of Just For One Day – The Live Aid Musical, with casting directed by Stuart Burt.

Ben Joyce, Keith Ramsay, Matthew Seadon-Young, Claudia Kariuki and Mia Shelbourne will be joining the cast of Shucked at Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre.

Elwyn Williams will play Paris in a new adaptation of Romeo and Juliet Tour, featuring rap and R&B alongside Shakespeare’s original text at the Belgrade Theatre in Coventry, while Ayesha Patel will portray Rosalind.

Beth Hinton-Lever is joining the cast of Otherland at The Almeida Theatre.


On Screen

Finn Torkington played a lead role in a new TV drama titled Mudtown (Ar y Ffin).

Rhashan Stone featured in filmed scenes in Donmar’s Backstroke production.

Arian Nik features in the new Netflix series Missing You.

Allie Daniel portrays Carley in the second series of Cheaters on the BBC.


Production Arts

Nine musical concert at Hope Mill Theatre was co-directed by Joseph Houston, with set design by Justin Williams and music supervision by Katy Richardson.

Ian Scott is a Lighting Designer for Boys from the Blackstuff UK Tour.

Rosie Bannister is an Assistant Stage Manager Book Cover on the European Tour of The Phantom of the Opera.

John-Jackson Almond is a Venue Director of The Ambassadors Theatre in Woking. John-Jackson recently hosted a Royal Family visit celebrating the borough’s vibrant arts, culture, and community initiatives.

Louisa Glading was a Stage Manager for Tarantula at The Arcola Theatre.

Aled Rosser is producing a show that was featured in the VIEW Festival 2023 and is now set to be presented at the Studio at New Wimbledon Theatre from 4-8 March. The production will be directed by Natalya Micic, with design by Oli Fuller and lighting designed by Efa Jane.

Since 2022, Thomas Bay has served as the Head of Fredericia Musicalteater, the only state-funded theatre in Denmark solely focused on musical theatre. Thomas has recently completed a new non-replica version of Wicked, encouraged by Mr Schwartz, which has been sold to Norway’s leading musical theatre producer and is set to premiere in Oslo on 6 March.

Eilidh Evans works as an Assistant Director for THE SOCIETY FOR NEW CUISINE at the Omnibus Theatre. Eilidh also worked as an Assistant Director for Rupert Hands on Dirty Rotten Scoundrels at the London Palladium.

Nathania Ong is a finalist for the Singaporean of the Year award, organised by The Straits Times. This award recognises Singaporean citizens who have made notable contributions to society.

Rachel Galvo is named as one of Extra.IE 30 under 30: The rising stars of Ireland in 2025.

Tom Xander was nominated for the WhatsOnStage Award for Best Supporting Performer in a Musical (Mean Girls).

 

Anne Odeke was nominated for the WhatsOnStage Award for Best Performer in a Play (Princess Essex).

Sharon Small was nominated for the WhatsOnStage Award for Best Supporting Performer in a Play (Nye).
