CONNOR HĘNRÝK FOGEL
Connor studied piano at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. As a pianist, Connor has been the recipient of several prizes and awards including The Phillipa Whitlaw-Yardley Memorial Prize, The Eric Hodges Prize, The Princess Diana Memorial Award. Connor was a finalist in the 2016 Royal Welsh Concerto Competition, and in 2016 became the first ever recipient of The Musicians Company Musical Director Award. Connor has given both solo and chamber recitals across the country, and has worked for ITV has an on-screen harpsichordist. Connor has recorded music for Prima Facie Records, and many of his own musical compositions have been recorded by artists such as the Lux Quartet and the Messiaen Quartet, for which Connor is the pianist.
ASHLEY JACOBS
Ashley has a BA (Hons) in Music from the University of Leeds where credits included Into the Woodswith the Leeds University Union Music Theatre Society. At Mountview he has assisted Michael Bradley on Girlfriends.
ARLENE MCNAUGHT
Arlene is a University of Glasgow graduate with an MA (Hons) in Music and Theatre Studies. Throughout her university career she was heavily involved in musical theatre and was the Musical Director for a production of Bat Boy in 2016. She has worked as a Choir Leader and was Musical Director for 15 musicals in the USA over a period of 3 years through the Camp America programme. As a composer, Arlene’s work has been featured in theatre festivals in Glasgow.
GREGOR REID
Gregor studied at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, graduating in 2016 with a Diploma in Higher Education (Music). At university he specialised in Vocal Studies, Piano and Conducting technique. He then taught vocal studies and piano at the Diane Mitchell Music School. Credits as Musical Director and Orchestrator, include The Show Must Go On (Mummers Theatre Group), Sing If You Wanna Beat Cancer (2013 and 2015 concerts) and Quite Contrary Christmas. Credits as Assistant Musical Director include Sunset Boulevard (Glasgow Light Opera). Credits as Keyboard Player include Bad Girls – The Musical, The Producers (Quite Contrary Theatre Company) and Thoroughly Modern Millie(Theatre South Productions).
