Sally Ann trained at Goldsmiths College and RADA, gained an MA from Kings College, University of London, and has fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and FRSA.
Sally Ann was Artistic Director of Sorted Productions and raised significant project funding for mid-scale touring and innovative London projects. Theatre credits include The Great Theatre of the World (Royal Festival Hall), Othello (Wimbledon Theatre), Footfalls (BAC), Yerma (Riverside Studios), Kick the Breeze (BAC), The War is Dead Long Live the War in collaboration with James Dean Bradfield of the Manic Street Preachers (ICA & tour) and Waiting at the Water’s Edge (Clwyd Theatr Cymru & UK tour). She produced and directed work for the bi-annual Sorted Symposium at Soho Theatre: Welsh Writing in English. Audio credits include the radio drama Tales of the Norse Gods and Sky programme voiceovers.
She joined Mountview with her passion to develop emerging artists as Head of Acting and progressed through the organisation to Head of Undergraduate Performance, Director of Academic Affairs before taking on the role of Principal & CEO in September 2022 with a mandate to develop new initiatives.
