Mark, a graduate of the Central School of Speech and Drama, has worked in theatre since 1985. From 1985 to 1995, he held Stage and Production Manager roles across repertory, touring, West End, and numerous fringe productions. West End shows included serving on the SM team for Miss Saigon and Me and My Girl.
In 1995, he joined Apollo Leisure as a Production Manager, looking after many large scale musical tours, before going freelance in 1997 under “Ideal Production Services,” balancing corporate and theatre projects including Tap Dogs, Brainiac as well as being the Technical Stage Manager on Hey Mr Producer!
From 2001 to 2005, Mark was Course Director of the Stage Management and Technical Theatre program at LAMDA. He returned to freelancing in 2005, taking on Stage, Production, and General Manager roles while lecturing at various institutions as well as coaching businesses in productivity skills.
Recently, Mark has served as Company Stage Manager and Production Manager on many UK tours and West End shows, including Private Lives, Brideshead Revisited, The Miser, Glengarry Glen Ross, The Man in the White Suit and Pressure.
