Bahar is a producer with an interest in movement-based and physical theatre. With over nine years of experience in circus arts and a background in film and animation, she has a keen eye for innovative storytelling and is passionate about bringing dynamic performances to life, blending the visual allure of cinema with the energy of live performance.
Charis Winter (she/her)
Charis is a Yorkshire-born, London-based producer, passionate about storytelling and bringing joy to the stage. She found a love for producing during her undergraduate literature degree at Warwick University. She is interested in new writing, book-to-play adaptations, musical theatre, and dance. Producing credits include Fame: The Musical (Warwick Arts Centre, 2023), and Creative Youth Charity’s FUSE International Dance Showcase 2024.
Emma Novak (she/her)
As a Slovak-Romanian producer, writer and stand-up comedian, Emma is deeply passionate about new, International, and comedic writing. She aspires to harness the power of technology and multidisciplinary theatre to amplify the overlooked voices, sharing meaningful stories across a global stage. Credits include: Bambulka (University of the Arts), Goodnight, Moon (2024) and Cry Now / Laugh Later (Vaulty Towers).
Jamie Holland (he/him)
Jamie is a London-based producer who is passionate about creating theatre for all voices and improving wellbeing conditions in the arts. He has worked in various roles, including theatre management and stage crew, for venues across the West End. Previous producing credits include the Healthcare Musical Trilogy, A Proper Working-Class Sausage Roll and East.
Juliet Johnson (she/her)
Juliet’s passion for the creative arts is apparent in everything she does. With over nine years of experience in the professional circus community as a performer and choreographer, she is currently pursuing a career in producing at Mountview. Juliet strives to combine various art forms to create spectacular performances.
Kristie Winsen (she/her)
Kristie is a producer, performer, and marketer from Australia with a passion for musical theatre. She has experience working with musical theatre graduates, emerging artists and West End professionals. Her portfolio to date encompasses cabaret concerts, new musical writing, and musical theatre in new digital formats. Kristie is the founder of UPLIFT Musical Theatre and the recipient of a WhatsOnStage Angel Award.
Lola Hibberd (she/her)
Lola was born and Raised in South East London. She has had an interest in theatre for as long as she can remember and has worked from Bristol to New Zealand. Her interests are in film, fringe, festivals and photography. Training includes: The Brit School, UWE Bristol. Producing credits include: The Not (film), Let’s Build (film), Rye-On-Air (radio) and Juniper and Jules (theatre).
María Guevara (she/her)
María Guevara is a Mexican producer and production manager. Her interests are in musicals, queer and youth representation onstage, devised theatre and diversity awareness. She holds a BA in Technical and Production Management from CSSD. As founder of 33 Productores, she produced the first Spanish language production of Everybody’s Talking About Jamie, which won 11 national awards in Mexico.
Tom Brown (they/them)
From North London, Tom began producing in the Sheffield University Theatre Company. They’ve produced for Edinburgh Fringe, scratch nights, and interned at one of the UK’s leading touring companies. Credits include Punk Rock, Moderation, Expital, Guest, The Island, Last Breath, and Ivories. They are deeply passionate about access and representation in the arts, both on stage and behind the scenes.
